Coaching?
Health & Wellness Coaching, also known as “Lifestyle Coaching,” empowers individuals to discover, define and embody what “personal wellbeing” means to them.
Health & Wellness coaching focuses on a number of health-related topics, such as nutritional wellbeing, physical wellbeing (including fitness and sleep), emotional wellbeing, mental wellbeing (including stress management and resiliency), as well as weight management.
Rather than acting like an expert and providing their clients with the answers, coaches allow their clients to define the direction and mode of action they want to take. Research has shown that this is crucial in eliciting long-lasting behaviour change, as it facilitates the development of greater self-esteem and self-efficacy within the client.
Inspiring Health offers two different types of coaching services: online Health & Wellness Coaching for the individual where they work 1-on-1 with Lauren, and Corporate Health & Wellness Coaching for employees offered through their workplace (either in small groups or 1-on-1 coaching).
