Inspiring Health offers a number of health promotion services to support wellbeing, such as Health & Wellness Coaching, facilitating educational wellness sessions for workplaces, content creation for corporate wellness programs, and consulting services for workplaces wanting to offer wellness programs to their staff.

Lauren follows the coaching approach where the client is the expert and through collaborative goal-setting and problem solving, supports clients to formulate their own plan and path forward. This means she does not create specific nutrition, or exercise programs for her clients. Lauren is happy to share resources, brainstorm ideas, or source referrals whenever necessary to provide the support needed by her clients. Coaching is not a type of therapy, nor is it meant to address mental health issues such as severe stress, anxiety, depression, etc.  These diagnoses should be treated by a mental health professional, such as a psychotherapist or social worker. Inspiring Health offers the traditional singular 60 minute wellness session, 60-minute wellness sessions that are offered as a series (where the information and materials build on previous sessions), as well as 1/2-day and full-day workshops.
